I bought a Audrey Waste Basket - Frontgate and on the page was an ad that stated you could have it overnight for free. I tried it when I checked out and didn't get it. I emailed customer service and asked if there was a code to use and I would wait to make my purchase until I knew for sure about the shipping. I got an email back, promptly, that informed me that the overnight shipping was only available on a purchase of just Audrey Waste Basket - Frontgate and didn't apply to the kit. I was given a phone number to call if I still wanted to order. I spoke with Bill Haley and told him I was going to buy Audrey Waste Basket - Frontgate anyway since Amazon is most always the lowest price and shipping was free anyway. I thanked him for his time and was about to disconnect when he came back on and asked me to email him the invoice and he would see what he could do about getting it overnighted anyway. When I recieved the order confirmation I forwarded it to him and about an hour or so later I got an email saying my purchase was being sent overnight. With the low prices at amazon I will always check here before I buy. With the great level of service I have received it will always be the first place I check. Thanks for such great service.
