They had the best price on the Internet. Amazon insists on a delivery signature, and won't sent it "hold for pickup". Am I supposed to take a day off work to receive a JULIEN Undermount J7® 32" x 17.5" x 8"? Anyway, that's about the only negative. JULIEN Undermount J7® 32" x 17.5" x 8" arrived with a shutter button problem. Amazon web policies say they don't pay return shipping, but in fact they did. They e-mailed me a Fedex Return Authorization label, and I dropped it off at the local Fedex store. Only problem was it wasn't "insured" for more than 0. I took the chance. I immediately ordered a replacement JULIEN Undermount J7® 32" x 17.5" x 8". Amazon had raised the price, but gave me the original price. The replacement works perfectly. Amazon received JULIEN Undermount J7® 32" x 17.5" x 8" I returned, and credited my card much faster than their stated time.
